Let’s focus on seeing real transformation — both physically and mentally! Reduce waistline , improve digestion, decrease inflammation and bloat, create sustainable habits, and build lean muscle through tracking, mindful eating, consistent workouts, and camaraderie. Commit to six weeks of the following: Build lean muscle by tracking everything you consume using a food tracking app. Eliminate inflammatory and processed foods. Increase whole grains, fiber, and hydration. Build strength and create consistency by attending at least three workout classes each week. Share discoveries, observations, successes with like-minded women also on the Waist Away Challenge journey.
