Equipment used may include light, moderate, and heavy dumbbells, resistance bands with handles, fabric bands, jump rope, bench/step, BOSU, balance and pilates balls, and sliders.

Equipment used may include a mat, yoga blocks, yoga strap, cushion or pillow, and stool.
