Modifications will be provided.  Equipment use is not recommended for modifiers.  Equipment use is optional and is not required to complete a workout.  Equipment used may include light, moderate, and heavy dumbbells, resistance bands with handles, fabric bands, jump rope, bench/step, BOSU, balance and pilates balls, and sliders.

to improve flexibility and range of motion.

Equipment used may include a mat, yoga blocks, yoga strap, cushion or pillow, and stool.
