Modifications will be provided. Equipment use is not recommended for modifiers. Equipment use is optional and is not required to complete a workout. Equipment used may include light, moderate, and heavy dumbbells, resistance bands with handles, fabric bands, jump rope, bench/step, BOSU, and sliders.
Workouts consist of low impact movements.
The use of equipment may be incorporated.
